Bauernbergpark Man

Day 12 October 14 2011

The strange man in the park has spoken to me for the first time. He told me to look after my dog. This is good. I like it because he looked into my eyes and his voice was beautiful and sounded like that of a well educated man.
Yesterday another man, who had parked his small car nearby, gave him some money and told him not to spend it all at once.
While these are my everyday experiences, that I like and honour very much, I am as well occupied with philosophical, psychological and sociological questions. Sometimes they seem to be all the same.
For instance: What keeps us from acting according to our values. Is it that short-sighted chimpanzee inside us that always grabs for the first banana? Is it the Devil? Ha!
Before these questions drive me insane I shall return to my normal obligations. Qualitative research: nice, neat, logic and simple interviews.
But what if they had all bullshitted me, telling utter humbug in the face of my interviewers?
No. The ladies had been too nice and polite. No one would bluff them.
(This one goes out to Mr Frankfurt)
To sum up, my work is inspired by men in parks, philosophers and fears. I guess it will be a big success.
