Clock time, social time, body time

As regards time, I consider this to be the most crucial relation of all. How can we live (body time) together (social time) in the face of pressure on us that is measured, even dictated by clocks (clock time)?
Shouldn't there be a paradigm shift from the power of the clock to the power of the body before it is TOO LATE?

  1. Isn´t there a saying: "Time is money" And as long as Money is number 1 time is number 1. So what we do to switch the paradigma from clock to body?

    Well.. recently I read something about Dalai Lama what made me laugh, think and is a good way to find an answer:

    He´s beeing asked: What do you think about humanity?

    “Man.
    Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
    Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
    And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
    the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
    he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
